Moulee is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Strategist with 16 years of experience in strategizing workplace inclusion & wellness, trainings and community organising. Moulee currently leads the global work community strategy for a humanitarian organisation. He has led employee experience strategies, training development & delivery for various corporates, development sector, civil society organisations, educational institutions and the public sector. He was the former EEO country lead for Symantec India. He specialises in driving organisational change, policy and development programs. He helps business leaders with clarity and focus on equal employment as a business accelerator and help move towards culture change. Moulee is one of the 11 drafting committee members constituted by the Tamil Nadu Government to draft the LGBTQIA+ policy.

Moulee is the co-founder of Queer Chennai Chronicles, an LGBTQIA+ focused literary forum and independent publishing house; and the festival curator & director of India’s first Queer Literature Festival - Chennai Queer LitFest. Moulee is one of the projects leads of Inqlusive Newsrooms, an initiative to publish LGBTQIA+ media reference guide in various Indian languages including Tamil and to increase LGBTQIA+ sensitivity in Indian newsrooms.
